What is Trekking?
Trekking is the easiest and best way to learn about the country and the local villagers. How far we go every day, depending on the altitude and the terrain and course of your condition. You are probably on foot an average of 4 to 8 hours per day. They only carry a small daypack and enjoy the walk while wearing our guides, cooks and support the rest of the equipment. Our tours are individually graded and under three levels of difficulty - easy, medium and heavy. An easy walk short walks are at low altitude. Medium trekking tours take you through varied terrain at altitudes up to 4,000 meters. A strenuous hike includes walking on steeper terrain, at altitudes above 4,600 meters. But remember, even the simplest hikes require a degree of health and fitness.
